Sandy Suchodolski Trio

The Sandy Suchodolski Trio is releasing it’s debut album “Remembering Ray” towards the end of the year. It is an homage to the great Ray Brown and his trio which includes songs ranging from hard swinging standards to relaxed bossa nova and ballads. The trio features Rob Barron on Piano and Matt Skelton on Drums.

John Cervantes Flamenco Project

Driven by an electrifying rhythm section of drum kit, hand percussion and flamenco dance, his band performs John’s original jazz compositions fusing fiery flamenco grooves with adventurous improvisation from flute player Gareth Lockrane and others. The band has performed to sell-out audiences at the London Jazz Festival, Love Supreme Festival, and venues such as The Vortex and Pizza Express Jazz Club Soho. Their debut album, Crossing The Threshold, is being released on Jellymould Jazz.

Craig Milverton

Craig Milverton is one of Britain’s finest Jazz Pianists, as well as being awarded ‘Best Jazz Pianist’ in the British Jazz Awards 2010 he has also won 10 Awards with Digby Fairweather and his Half Dozen in the Best Small Group Category. Sandy can be seen playing alongside Craig in groups including Tricotism which also features Nigel Price on guitar, Craig’s Tribute To Oscar Peterson Show which features the superb Canadian Guitarist Dominic Ashworth and Drummer Nick Milward and also The Clarinet Maestros featuring two of The world’s top players, Ken Peplowski and Julian Stringle who have recorded 2 acclaimed CDs and tour the UK annually. Dave Smyth’s Timecraft

Timecraft is an exciting new octet that plays the compositions of drummer Dave Smyth. After a debut performance in late 2011 that featured iconic saxophonist Iain Ballamy as a special guest, the group toured the UK in June 2013 and later featured at Ray’s Jazz as part of the 2013 EFG London Jazz Festival. Drawing influence from the contemporary British jazz greats, the group explores improvisation within the context of captivating and melodic tunes.

Sam Miles

Sandy is very privileged to be able to call himself Sam Miles’ first call bass player. Tenor saxophonist, composer and arranger Sam Miles is one to watch as the winner of 2013’s Jazzwise/Yamaha Jazz Scholar Award. Sam and Sandy have been performing together in every conceivable combination from duos, quartets and quintets right up to large ensembles and big bands since their time together at The Royal Academy of Music. Sandy is currently a member of Sam’s Quartet which plays a mixture of Standards and original tunes penned by Sam.
